Minit Maids guarantees your satisfaction with every visit.  If you find that something does not meet with your expectations, simply call the office within 24 hours of your service date.   We will return within 2 business days to re-clean the area of concern at no additional cost to you.  If there is something of a minor nature, this will be addressed on your next regularly scheduled visit.

Minit Maids does not offer a refund for services provided.

After your Initial Clean you will receive a call and email to follow up with your experience with Minit Maids. You will also receive a Comment Card from your team which you can rate each area serviced and send back to the office to let us know how everything looks. For your convenience, Minit Maids also offers our Quality Feedback Card online. We will respond to any of your concerns in a quick and efficient manner in order to ensure your complete satisfaction.
